Frequently Asked Questions

Where does your water come from and how is it Purified?

Our water is municipal water which is put through a filtering process involving carbon filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and ozonation.

How much do you charge for water?

The cost of the water is based on type and size of water that you order. The cost of the water is also dependent upon the type of contract you choose - No contract, 6 month, 12 month & 18 month. The longer your contract, the more you SAVE!!!

What are bottle deposits for?

Bottle deposits are billed per bottle when your account is set up and if you increase the number of bottles you order at any given time.  If the number of bottles that are picked up is the same amount of bottles that are delivered, you will NOT be charged any bottle deposits. If the number of bottles increases, you will be billed a per bottle deposit charge. If you decrease the number of bottles that is not part of your minimum order, you will receive a credit for the bottle deposit.

Will your Water Hardness or TDL (Total Dissolved Solids) levels affect our coffee maker?

Absolutely not! Our water, which is tested by an independent National Testing Laboratory, tests ND (NOT DETECTABLE) for water hardness. This means absolutely NO SCALE or deposits on/in your coffee makers. In fact, you can use it as a final rinse on your windows or other finishes for a spotless shine!

And we test at a level 17 for (TDS) Total Dissolved Solids. (The standard detectable level is 500) And YES, this is GOOD!

Are your water bottles safe?

Yes, our 3 and 5 gallon bottles are made of premium grade raw materials, as well as 100% BP-A and BP-S free materials. Our delivery trucks and vans are all enclosed so the bottles are not exposed to the sunlight during delivery.

Where and WHEN do you deliver?

Great News....We service the entire Big Island of Hawaii! Our delivery service is Bi-weekly (every two weeks).

AND this is important.... We DELIVER ON WEEKDAYS, DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!!

We will never show up at your home or business late at night or on weekends and just "leave your bottles" anywhere.

Do you produce smaller, single serving plastic bottles?

We don't. Single use disposable plastic bottles are the single LARGEST SOURCE of plastic pollution on the planet. They wash up onto the shores of our beautiful islands, they clog our waterways. As they degrade, they enter our ecosystem and poison our wildlife and our Ohana. Stay tuned as our company looks into environmentally safe alternatives to single use plastics!!
